Shipping Rates & Restrictions
Products offered for sale on this site are only available for shipment to addresses in the continental United States and Alaska (excluding Hawaii). LeSportsac purchases are shipped via UPS and cannot be shipped to a post office box or an APO / FPO military mail box. 


Orders selected for Ground service will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. LeSportsac processes orders Monday- Friday excluding Holidays. Orders selected for Second Business Day or Next Business Day service will leave our warehouse with top priority within 24 hours.

Once your order has shipped, LeSportsac will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS sites. Delivery dates are based on carrier’s days of operations and for more details, please visit carrier sites

- Ground: 5-7 business days: $5.95 or Free with $75+ Purchase (FedEx, UPS SurePost, USPS, DHL SmartMail)
- Second Business Day: $15.00 UPS
- Next Business Day: $25.00 UPS

Care Instructions

All LeSportsac bags should be handled with care to prolong their life.

Essential Collection
Do not wash, wipe with damp cloth
Do not iron, do not bleach and do not use detergent

Classic Collection
Hand wash in cold water and line dry (some fading may occur during first wash)
Do not iron and do not bleach

Travel System Collection
Do not wash, wipe with damp cloth
Do not iron, do not bleach and do not use detergent

Print Placement

Each LeSportsac bag is unique, print placement received may vary from online photos due to the manufacturing process.

Warranty

The LeSportsac Classic, Essential and Travel system Collections, purchased from either a LeSportsac Boutique or LeSportsac.com, are covered under a limited one (1) year warranty from original date of a purchase. Merchandise purchased at LeSportsac Factory Stores is not covered under any Warranty policy.

LeSportsac warrants its product against manufacturer’s defects, this does not include damages that have resulted from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear. Any merchandise replaced under the warranty policy will be covered for an additional six months from date of replacement.

LeSportsac does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores.

Returns


Unworn and unwashed merchandise will be eligible for return within 30 days of date of merchandise received, all LeSportsac.com order returns will be credited back via your chosen method. Please note that your original shipping cost will not be refunded. All final sale product (price ending with .98¢), are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. LeSportsac.com does not accept returns on products that were purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores. LeSportsac reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy.


Please allow 7-10 business days for a returns to be processed.

Return instructions:

- Visit www.lesportsac.com/a/returns
- Fill in order # (reference #) and email address
- Select items that you wish to return
- Select refund and shipping method for the return

                -- First option is a refund to the original payment and LeSportsac will deduct $5 for shipping
                    -- Second option is a refund to a LeSportsac.com store credit, the return label will be free

          - Review all selections and confirm your return.
          - Return selections are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed

          You will receive confirmation of the submission of your return along with a shipping label to the email address registered with LeSportsac.com. Please print and attach the return label to securely closed package and drop off at any USPS (United States Postal Service) drop off location.

          Once the refund is processed, a notification will be sent to your email.

          ***NOTICE*** Important Notification – Your return must be completed and shipped within the LeSportsac return policy time-frame of 30 days from the order's arrival.

          Price Adjustments
          LeSportsac does not currently offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
          Authorized Distribution of LeSportsac Products

          LeSportsac merchandise is offered for sale ONLY through the following channels of distribution:

          (1) LeSportsac retail stores,
          (2) LeSportsac.com
          (3) authorized distributors,
          (4) authorized duty free locations
          (5) authorized online retailers

          LeSportsac DOES NOT authorize the distribution of its merchandise through any other channel other than stated above. (For a list of authorized distributors, please see our online store locator).
          Large Volume Purchase Policy
          LeSportsac limits purchases to 15 total pieces per order.

          Please note orders placed with a quantity greater than 15 units or with a different billing and shipping address will be contacted by a LeSportsac Customer Service Representative to verify and confirm purchase.

          LeSportsac stores sell LeSportsac products for individual use only and not for resale. Only company-owned retail stores and wholesale accounts currently approved by LeSportsac Inc. are permitted to buy LeSportsac products for resale. In the event that it is determined that a customer plans to buy our products for resale, (for example, the customer states such intention or makes repetitive large volume purchases) LeSportsac reserves the right to refuse to sell to the customer and to those affiliated with the customer.
          Sales Tax

          Sales tax is charged to any order shipping to the following states:
          California
          Nevada
          New Jersey
          New York
          North Carolina
          Washington State

          Gift Cards
          All LeSportsac electronic gift cards will be fulfilled within 24 hours of the purchase date. LeSportsac electronic gift card orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be available the next business day. Once fulfilled, an email will be sent to the purchaser including the code, feel free to forward this email to the recipient. Please note that gift messages do not appear in this email. All LeSportsac electronic gift cards do not expire and can only be used at LeSportsac.com. Electronic gift cards are not redeemable at LeSportsac boutiques or factory locations.
