The LeSportsac Classic Collection is covered under a limited one (1) year warranty from original date of purchase. Classic merchandise purchased from either a LeSportsac Boutique or LeSportsac.com will be covered. Specialty Collections and merchandise purchased from one of our Factory Outlet stores will not be covered under the below terms and conditions:

LeSportsac warrants its products against manufacturer's defects, this does not include damages that have resulted from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear. Any merchandise replaced under the warranty will be covered for an additional six (6) months from date of replacement.

LeSportsac does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores or specialty retail stores.

LeSportsac.com or LeSportsac retail stores. Price adjustments will not be granted for previous purchases.

Products can be returned or exchanged at LeSportsac within 30 days of receipt by the customer. Returned
merchandise for credit or exchange must include a copy of the receipt and the Return Form. The customer is
responsible for cost of shipping to the Returns Department. After inspection of the bag, a credit will be made
to the credit card for cost of the returned merchandise only; shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, a
new charge will be made to the credit card for the merchandise only. Exchange items are shipped via UPS
Ground at no additional charge to the customer. Products will not be accepted for exchange or credit after
30 days from the original receipt. Store credit may be used to purchase merchandise at participating
LeSportsac stores or at www.LeSportsac.com by calling 1-877-397-6597. Store credit is not activated
until 24 hours after purchase. Store credit expires one (1) year from date issued.

LeSportsac DOES NOT authorize the distribution of its merchandise through individuals, street vendors,
unauthorized retail locations, or any website other than lesportsac.com. (For a list of authorized

LeSportsac limits purchases to 15 total pieces per order.

Please note orders placed with a quantity greater than 15 units or with a different billing and shipping address will be contacted by a LeSportsac Customer Service Representative to verify and confirm purchase.

LeSportsac stores sell LeSportsac products for individual use only and not for resale. Only company-owned
retail stores and wholesale accounts currently approved by LeSportsac Inc. are permitted to buy LeSportsac
products for resale. In the event that it is determined that a customer plans to buy our products for resale,
(for example, the customer states such intention or makes repetitive large volume purchases) LeSportsac
reserves the right to refuse to sell to the customer and to those affiliated with the customer.
